Returns Policy by Fondness

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from FONDNESS. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and original labels must be included
Products that show signs of use, assembly, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
Customized or special-order products
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the product back.
Please provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, FONDNESS will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. (Note: FONDNESS currently offers free worldwide shipping.)

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or special-order products
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
